Introduced in United States by Armstrong Roses in 1951 as 'Valentine'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1952 as 'Valentine'.

Crimson.  None to mild fragrance.  17 to 20 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Bushy, compact, spreading, thornless (or almost).  Dark green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).
